Federal Reserve Board announces the issuance of an order of dismissal dismissing an enforcement action

For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the issuance of an Order of Dismissal dismissing the enforcement action against Louis A. DeNaples, an institution-affiliated party of First National Community Bancorp, Dunmore, Pennsylvania. The Order terminates a previous Cease and Desist Order against DeNaples issued by the Board on April 12, 2012.
