Approval of proposal by First Citizens Banc Corp

For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the proposal by First Citizens Banc Corp, Sandusky, Ohio, to acquire Futura Banc Corporation and its subsidiary bank, Champaign National Bank, both of Urbana, Ohio.
