Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by Green Dot Bank DBA Bonneville Bank

For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of an application under section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act by Green Dot Bank DBA Bonneville Bank, Provo, Utah, to purchase certain assets and assume certain deposit liabilities of GE Capital Retail Bank, Draper, Utah.
