Report in accordance with Section 305 of the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 (Credit CARD Act), which requires the Federal Reserve Board to submit an annual report that lists certain information submitted to the Board by credit card issuers concerning agreements between issuers and institutions of higher education or certain affiliated organizations that provide for the issuance of credit cards to college students.
