From 2003:Q1 to 2021:Q4, sum of other real estate open-end adjustable rate (CUSA5246) and other real estate open-end fixed rate (CUSAc668). Beginning in 2022:Q1, sum of all other non-commercial real estate open-end adjustable rate (CUSApf56), all other non-commercial real estate open-end fixed rate (CUSApf53), 1-to-4-family residential property loans/lines of credit secured by junior lien open-end fixed rate (CUSApf39) and 1-to-4-family residential property loans/liens of credit secured by junior lien open-end fixed rate (CUSApf42). Transactions are calculated as the change in level. Data for the most recent ten years show no significant seasonality.
