Level and unadjusted transactions calculated by FOF Section as the portion of state and local governments' holdings of commercial paper (series FL213069103) and municipal securities (series FL213062003) that are issued by nonfinancial corporations. Estimate is based on the state and local governments' proportional share of nonfinancial corporations' issuance (sum of FOF series FL103162000 and FL103162000), after taking into account other known from-whom-to-whom relationships.
