Beginning in 2003:Q1, level from Natural Person Credit Union Call Report NCUA 5300, Statement of Financial Condition - Assets. Sum of Total Loans and Leases (series CUSA1263) and Loans Held for Sale (series CUSA3669). Unadjusted transactions are the change in the level, less other volume changes. Other volume changes include charge-offs on one-to-four-family residential mortgage loans beginning 2007:Q1. Gross charge-offs on one-to-four-family residential mortgage loans data are available from the NCUA Call Report. Seasonally adjusted transactions are obtained using X-13-ARIMA procedure.
