  1. Funding subsidiaries, custodial accounts for reinvested collateral of securities lending operations, Federal Reserve lending facilities, and funds associated with the Public-Private Investment Program (PPIP).
  2. Common stock of American International Assurance Company Ltd. (AIA) and American Life Insurance Company (ALICO), two life insurance subsidiaries of AIG.
  3. Loans extended by the Federal Reserve to Maiden Lane LLC, Maiden Lane II LLC, Maiden Lane III LLC, Commercial Paper Funding Facility LLC, and American International Group (AIG).
  4. Loans extended by the federal government to the Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility (TALF) LLC and to funds associated with PPIP.
  5. Preferred shares issued by AIG to the federal goverment under the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) program and the monetary authority sector's preferred interest in AIA Aurora LLC and ALICO Holdings LLC.
